Horseradish (or Wasabi) Cream Sauce

Serving Size: 1/2 Cup
4 Tablespoons Horseradish
2 Teaspoons Tarragon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Mustard Dried
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream Whipped
1/4 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt
1/8 Teaspoons Pepper Fresh Ground
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Fold in whipped cream and taste to add salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time.
NOTES: Great on prime rib and tri-tip slidders. By substituting wasabi powder for the horseradish, this sauce makes a terrific topping for salmon. I use the powder at about 1 to 2 teaspoons, but can be made to taste.
