Salame Roll-Up

Another staple at the winery tasting room. Goes well with most reds. The English salami is a misspelled form of the Italian word Salame.

1 (15.2 Oz)Package Italian Dry Salame Pre-sliced
1 (8 OZ) Package Cream Cheese Softened
1 Jar Greek Peperoncinis Deli Sliced
To assemble, lay sliced salame slices on a flat board or surface. Spread cream cheese directly on the salame and then add pieces of the peperoncini on top of the cream cheese. Roll tightly and arrange on a serving platter. Keep refrigerated until served.
