Artichoke & Cheddar Squares

1 Large Onion Diced
1 Garlic Clove Minced
4 Eggs Beaten
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Bacon Fried And Chopped
2 (6.5 oz) Jar Artichoke Hearts Chopped (liquid Reserved)
1 1/2 t Oregano Dried
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Dash Tabasco
1/2 Pound Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Sauté the onion and garlic in marinade from 1 jar of artichoke hearts. Beat the eggs and add bread crumbs, artichoke hearts (chopped), oregano, salt and pepper, Tabasco, bacon, onion, and garlic mix, shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch or 7 x 11 inch pan; cook for 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees until the middle is firm.
