Nanchetta

Questions always arise in the tasting room as to where the name came from. As everyone knows, Nancy is our food queen and it looked a little like Bruschette, so we called it Nanchetta after it's creator.

1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Sweet Onion Finely chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 t Garlic Powder Or finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes Or to taste
1/4 t Salt
As needed Toasted bread rounds Brushed with Oil
Combine cheese, onion and mayonnaise with spices. Place 1 spoonful of cheese mixture on toasted bread. Broil for 2-3 minutes.
